Launch of our Web site - June 26, 2008
The new Dupré Bédard Inc. website was officially lauched on June 26 during a cocktail reception at Mont-Tremblant’s Château Beauvallon.
The two partners, Danielle Bédard, Notary and Pierre Dupré, Notary were proud to share their enthusiasm with many of their colleagues and business associates as well as members and employees of the firm, including Audrey Lachapelle Notary, Ginette Marinier Notary and Richard Morissette Notary, who participated actively in the site’s creation, along with Mr. Jean-Claude Langlois and Mrs. Carol Di Fruscia, who worked in close collaboration with Rouge marketing.

Co-ownership seminar - June 26, 2008
Pierre Dupré, Notary at Dupré Bédard Inc, was able to use his expertise in the matter of joint ownership at a seminar in Montreal on April 24th of this year.
With the collaboration of Montreal lawyer Scot Diamond, who has just joined the well known law firm Miller Thomson Pouliot, they presented to an audience of numerous professionals including project managers, building managers, real estate developers, escrow agents, engineers and paralegals and others.
The purpose of the seminar was to inform participants of the legal structures appropriate to a given project, explain the elements required in documents of sale binding the purchasers, and explain the position of parties during a dispute between co-owners.
Comments during this seminar proved to be very positive and useful.
